Ways to Give

Whatever the amount, every financial gift makes a difference in sharing Jesus’ love with the community. You can give a one off gift, or give regularly to support our ministries. If you are a UK taxpayer, please consider completing a Gift Aid Form (see below) which can increase the value of your donation by 25%.

If you’d like to regularly give to St James Westhead, we recommend joining the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS). It makes Gift Aid processing much easier and provides you with an option to arrange for your giving amount to keep up with inflation.

Legacies

Once you have made provision for your loved ones, you have the opportunity to make a lasting gift to God, by leaving a legacy to His church. A gift in your Will to your local church is one of the most valuable and lasting ways you can continue to support its mission and ministry within your community.

Ways to Volunteer

There are many ways in which you can share the gifts God has blessed you with, both in the church and in the community.

For example:

  • Cleaning
  • Hospitality
  • Gardening
  • Family & Young People’s Ministry
  • Student ministry
  • Pastoral team
  • Administration
  • Music group (voice or instrument)
  • Welcomer

If you are able to give some of your valuable time to these or many other voluntary opportunities, we would be delighted to hear from you!
